A website with real style, built for Google and AI

Website quoted for your project, separate hosting

Serafex starts from one of the 25 templates in its collection and rebuilds it entirely around your business: your colours, your logo, your photos and your words. Your site gets the right structure, real copy worked page by page, careful design and animations at the right moment. On-page SEO and GEO, for AI answers, are part of the very first version. You approve every page in Serafex, and Seraf publishes it on your site.

01 · The needs

Not just another AI-made website

Anyone can ask an AI for a website. The result looks like every other one, and structure is usually what is missing: three or four pages instead of a dozen, sections in the wrong order, copy that stays on the surface and nothing planned for Google. Then it takes dozens of tries to get something clean. At the other end, an agency can take months before it delivers a site with real style.

Our system does the whole job, and does it fast: the site plan, the copy, the design, the features and the checks. Every step follows a written standard, the same for every site, and no agent approves its own work. The site you are reading was built the same way.

What this plan covers

Website quoted for your project, separate hosting

  • One of the 25 templates in the collection, rebuilt entirely as yours.
  • 11 pages or more, plus the ones your trade needs.
  • Copy and on-page SEO, GEO included.
  • Newsletter popup and cookies under Law 25.
  • Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and indexing.

02 · The scope

What we build for your business

  1. A template rebuilt entirely for you. You pick one of the 25 templates in the Serafex collection for its structure, its pages and its signature animation. Open the demo of each one just below: you browse it like a real site. Then we rebuild it from top to bottom for your business: your colour palette, your fonts, your logo, your photos, your copy and the pages your trade needs. The result is nothing like a template with your name on it: it’s your site.

  2. Pages designed for your trade. On top of the core pages, the ones your trade needs: menu and reservations, shop and cart, listings, schedule, ticketing or quote requests, with visuals made for each one.

  3. Custom forms, calculators and tools. Quote requests, appointment booking, reservations, sign-ups, a configurator, an estimator or a simulator: we build what gets your visitors to act, and every button leads to the right form.

  4. Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and indexing. We create your Search Console and your Google Analytics 4, connect them to the site and submit your pages to Google. You then follow your clicks in the app’s SEO space.

03 · The structure

The right structure, with every page in its place

A site that stands out on Google starts with its structure. Every Serafex site has at least 11 pages, plus the ones your trade needs, and each one has a precise role. The templates in the collection have 12 to 19.

Site map11 pages at least · 12 to 19 in our templates
The home page, section by section
  • A complete home page. 600 to 1,000 words of real copy, in sections in this order: what you offer, your services, your proof, how you work, your projects, a short FAQ, your latest articles, the call to action and your contact details.

  • One page per service. 600 to 1,000 words: the problem, the solution, the steps, the timelines, 3 to 5 questions, reviews and related services. Its title names the service and your city.

  • A blog that answers your customers. Articles of 900 to 1,500 words, with a table of contents, the author and the update date, on the questions your customers really ask.

  • FAQ, about and contact. 10 to 15 questions grouped by theme, your story and your team, then a form with your hours and the areas you serve.

  • A complete header and footer. A tappable phone number, a services menu with a short description of each, a header that shrinks as you scroll and a full mobile menu. At the bottom, four or five columns: services, company, contact details, newsletter and social media.

04 · Copy and SEO

Real copy, optimized page by page

The copy is written for your customers and tuned for Google, page by page. No filler: every page answers a real question and leads to an action.

Checked before you see the page

  • What Google reads first. A unique title of 50 to 60 characters with the keyword, the city and your brand, a description of 140 to 160 characters, a single main heading and subheadings in the right order.

  • Structured data for your trade. The exact type of your business (restaurant, dentist, plumber, hair salon…), your services, your questions, your articles and your breadcrumbs, in the format Google and AI read.

  • Local SEO. Your name, address and phone number identical everywhere, your hours, the areas you serve and a reviews section linked to your Google Business Profile. No made-up rating.

  • Images and links that work. Every image has a descriptive text, a clear file name, like kitchen-renovation-quebec.jpg rather than IMG_4032.jpg, and fixed dimensions. Pages link through cards and buttons, not paragraphs crammed with links.

  • Readable by crawlers, and fast. All the copy is in the page and stays visible without JavaScript: that is also what lets AI understand your site and cite it. Fonts and scripts never block the display.

05 · The design

Careful design, animations at the right moment

The template gives the frame and the finish. Everything else is made for your business: your colours, fonts and logo run through every page, down to the buttons, the forms and the newsletter popup, and your photos replace the demo ones.

An architect’s plan · Bâtir Nord. Questions are numbered dimensions on a plan sheet, grouped by project phase. The answer opens like an enlarged detail.

  • Every page has its own layout. Inner pages have their own hero and their own composition: our standard forbids the template you simply repaint. Two templates never share the same page skeleton, and even the FAQ has its own concept: an architect’s plan, a law book, a bistro menu or a sticker board.

  • Animations you see happen. The top of the page comes alive on load, a section comes alive when it reaches the screen, and counters start when you look at them. Nothing plays before it is seen.

  • Built for phones. A full-screen mobile menu, buttons that are easy to tap, and no page that spills off the side.

  • Details that look clean. Every page opens at the top, a button takes you back to the top, and motion is reduced for visitors who ask for it on their device.

06 · Newsletter and Law 25

Newsletter, popup and Law 25, already planned

  • A newsletter popup that does not get in the way. An offer suited to your trade, that opens after a few seconds or when the visitor is about to leave, once per visit. It waits for the cookie answer and closes with a click or the Escape key.

  • The newsletter at the bottom of every page. A simple sign-up form, next to your social media.

  • Cookies under Quebec’s Law 25. A banner with Accept, Refuse and Customize by category, and a “Manage my cookies” link in the footer to change your mind at any time.

  • A complete privacy policy. The person in charge of protecting personal information, the information collected, cookies, your visitors’ rights and how to reach you. You review and approve it like the other pages.

07 · Preparation

How we move fast without cutting corners

No six months of back and forth, and no 82 tries to get a clean site: a site usually takes one week, once the template is chosen and your content is in. We set the template, the pages, the features and the schedule at the start, and the first version you see is already polished.

Before showing you a page, our system checks it: title and description at the right length, a single main heading, valid structured data, described images, enough words, no broken links, text visible without JavaScript, rendering checked on desktop and on phone. These rules are written once and apply to every site.

To get off to a good start, describe your business and gather what you already have. The guide to prepare a website redesign helps.

  1. Choose the template and set the pages, features and schedule.

  2. Build the site: copy, visuals, forms and animations.

  3. You approve in Serafex, or adjust a change.

  4. Seraf publishes, then Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and indexing.

What to provide to get started

  • What you sell, to whom, and in which cities.
  • Your logo, your photos and the copy you already have.
  • The person who approves the pages in Serafex.

08 · In Serafex

You approve, Seraf publishes

Your site lives in the app, in the Website and blog space. Every version arrives in “To approve”: you see the page as it will be, each change with the before and the proposal, and a preview of the result in Google.

You approve the version, and Seraf publishes it on your site. A change doesn’t suit you? You adjust it by saying what to fix: that version is not published, and the corrected version comes back to “To approve”. After publication, the new page is reported to search engines. The Serafex platform presents the other spaces.

09 · Common questions

Your questions about building a website

SerafOnline

Is my website made by an AI?

No, not like a robot that writes a site in one go. Our system works with AI, but the plan, the copy, the design, the features and the checks each follow a written standard, and every page is checked by a different agent than the one that made it. You approve every page before it is published.

How many pages will my site have?

At least 11, plus the pages your trade needs. The templates in the collection have 12 to 19: home, services and one page per service, projects, blog and article, FAQ, about, contact, privacy and a not-found page, plus the menu, shop, reservations or quote request depending on the trade.

What is GEO?

GEO prepares your pages for answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI overviews. Direct answers, real questions with their structured data, clear facts about your business and text readable without JavaScript help them understand your site and cite it. No citation is guaranteed.

Can I try the templates before choosing?

Yes. Every template on this page opens as a demo: you browse its pages on desktop or on a phone, and you try its newsletter popup, its cookie banner or its cart. When a style suits you, its name follows your request into the form.

Will my site look like the template?

It keeps its structure, animations and finish. Everything else is rebuilt for your business: your colour palette, your fonts, your logo, your photos, your copy and the pages your trade needs. Two businesses that start from the same template end up with two very different sites.

Do I own my site’s template?

Yes, for your site. Once the project is paid, you receive a perpetual licence for the adapted template, even if you leave Serafex hosting. Your copy, your photos and your logo belong to you. The template itself stays with Serafex: it can’t be resold or used for another site.

Will my site comply with Law 25?

Yes. Every site has its cookie banner with Accept, Refuse and Customize, a link to change your mind and a privacy policy that names the person in charge of protecting personal information. You approve that policy like the other pages.

Can you add a custom form or calculator?

Yes: quotes, appointments, reservations, sign-ups, a price estimator, a simulator or a configurator. The project sets what each tool asks or calculates, and where your customers’ requests arrive.

Who handles Search Console and Google Analytics 4?

We do. We create your Search Console and your Google Analytics 4, connect them to the site, then submit the sitemap and your pages to Google. Tracking shows which pages are actually indexed, and your clicks appear in the app’s SEO space.

Can I edit my site myself after launch?

Yes. In the app, your site’s editor lets you change a text, an image or a button right on the page. A broader change is requested element by element, and you approve it before it is published.

How long does it take to get my website?

One week in most cases, once the template is chosen and your content is in. A project with many pages or custom tools can take longer, and the schedule is set at the start. We move fast because our content, design and SEO rules are already written and checked by our system.

Will my site rank first on Google?

No, nobody can honestly promise that. Your site starts on solid foundations, and visibility for relevant keywords usually improves within 3 to 6 months. The SEO plan carries the work on after launch.

What the website project does not include

Per projectQuote

Website quoted for your project, separate hosting

  • Structure, copy and SEO included
  • Newsletter and Law 25 cookies included
  • Hosting is separate
  • No guaranteed ranking
The hosting plan →
  • Hosting. Your site needs hosting, offered separately, with HTTPS and site transfer: see the Hosting plan.

  • The domain name and email. The domain name stays separate, and email is not included with the site.

  • SEO after launch. The site starts with solid SEO foundations. The ongoing work, with keywords, content, backlinks and tracking, comes with the SEO plan.

  • Your social media. Posts and the management of your accounts come with the SMO plan.

  • Maintenance after launch. It comes with the Executive and SEO plans: with either one, your site stays up to date month after month. Without them, changes after launch are set in the proposal and the agreement.

  • An external tool not planned. A booking, payment or newsletter platform you already use may need a specific connection, set in the project.

  • Legal advice. The privacy policy and the terms are written under Law 25, with your information. They do not replace your lawyer’s advice.

  • Guaranteed rankings. No ranking is promised. Visibility for relevant keywords usually improves within 3 to 6 months.

What we refuse, for every client: making up reviews or a rating, creating pages that only change the city name, hiding text or keywords for Google. These practices cost you your visitors’ trust, and Google penalizes them.
