On your side, access is set on your folder. On our team’s side, the scope depends on the role: one assigned folder, a team’s folders, or all of them for platform administration.
The list will be published
The privacy policy, now being finalized, will set out who has access to your information and where it goes. No one can guarantee that a leak is impossible: we don’t promise that.
Where your information goes
To do the work, your information goes through our systems.
Your files, your texts and your business data go through Serafex’s systems. They are processed by our own models or, if you connect them, by ChatGPT or Claude, in which case they also go through those providers. What we may do with them, and for how long, will be set out in the terms of use, which are being finalized. Ask us before you sign.
If you leave
You can ask us in writing for a copy of your documents. There is no self-serve export button today: the request is made in writing, and it is handled by hand.

What you don’t have to do
- Wait for the end of the contract to exercise your rights over your personal information. Access, correction and portability can be exercised at any time.
- Send us a password. The connection to Google or Microsoft goes through their own authorization screen.
