How the first meeting works
The first meeting is a presentation. A Serafex consultant looks at your business’s marketing and organization with you, then shows you where Serafex could save you time or bring you clients.

For a question about your account, log in to your Serafex space: from the Calendar, you can ask for a meeting with your consultant.
Your questions before you contact us
Do I need to know every detail of my project?
No. Tell us what you want to accomplish and what’s still unclear. That’s exactly what the first meeting is for.
Which form should I pick?
The one that fits your need. “Prepare a discovery call” for the Serafex Workspace, the AI executive team or your organization in general. “Request an SEO audit” or “Prepare a social media audit” for your visibility. “Website project” for a new site or a redesign, and “Content creation” for text, visuals or videos. If nothing fits, pick “Something else”.
Can I choose how you reach me?
Yes. In “Prepare a discovery call”, you choose by email, by phone or by video call, on Google Meet or Teams, and you give your best times for a call.
Is my phone number required?
No, unless you choose to be reached by phone.
Can I read my message over before sending it?
Yes. “See the message exactly as it will be sent” shows you the full message before you send it.
Can I attach a file?
The form doesn’t take attachments: give your website address or describe the document. If you need to send it, write to info@serafex.com and mention your request’s reference.
I’m already a client: do I need to fill out a form?
No. Log in to your Serafex space: from the Calendar, you request a meeting with your consultant.
