Frequently asked questions about Serafex, Seraf and its Council
Serafex and Seraf18 questions
What is Serafex?
Serafex is a work platform for companies, with a built-in AI executive team. It brings together Seraf, the AI assistant you talk to, its Council of four personalities that examines the decisions that call for it, six agents that carry it out in your tools, the Serafex Workspace platform and human support from the Serafex team. You keep the decision on every sensitive action.
What’s the difference between Seraf and Serafex?
Seraf is your AI assistant, the voice you talk to. Serafex is the company and the complete offer: Seraf and its Council, the Serafex Workspace platform and human support from our team. The name sums it up: Seraf EX is your executive team.
Is Serafex only for small businesses?
No. Serafex is for companies and their teams, from small businesses with a few employees to established organizations. The Workspace welcomes several users per company, each with their own role, access and approvals.
What is Serafex Workspace?
Serafex Workspace is the platform where your team works with Seraf. It brings your appointments, documents, conversations, tasks and business files together in one place: Calendar, Documents, Messaging, Email, Pipeline, Finances, Loyalty, Content and SEO. Each space works on its own, like ordinary software. The Platform page presents every space and its status.
What can Seraf do for my company?
A good share of your everyday work: finding a document, preparing a reply to an email, setting up a meeting, creating a task in the Pipeline, preparing a draft invoice, finding a contract to sign or taking on a task with its conditions for success. Seraf also connects the pieces: the request that came in by email, the right version in Documents and the meeting in the calendar.
How do you talk to Seraf?
Like a colleague, in writing or out loud. A simple question stays in the conversation; when you ask to see something, the app opens the right page. For longer exchanges, the AI dashboard opens the conversation full screen.
What is the morning brief?
Every morning, at the time and on the days you choose, Seraf prepares your brief: the points to remember, your decisions for the day, your next opportunities and your results, to read or to listen to. For each item, you go through it with Seraf, ask a question about it or handle it yourself. The brief sends nothing and decides nothing for you. The Morning brief page shows it in detail.
Can Seraf remind me of a deadline or a meeting?
Yes. Tell it “remind me to…”: it creates a personal reminder, recurring if needed, or reminds you of a meeting ahead of time. An alert can be snoozed without changing the deadline, a reminder can be marked as done and reopened if needed, and for a meeting, Seraf can send invitees the planned reminder.
Can Seraf track the signing of my contracts?
Yes. In Finances, Seraf lists your contracts received, to sign and signed. For each one, it tells you its version, who still has to review or sign it and the steps still missing. It signs nothing on your behalf: the signature stays yours.
Can Seraf act without my approval?
No, not for anything that commits your company. Sending, deleting, making a decision, changing access or acting in an outside tool always requires your explicit confirmation. Seraf asks whether it may carry out that action, and you either confirm it or set it aside for now. For an email, you see the message and its recipient before you say yes.
What happens if Seraf makes a mistake?
Like any AI tool, Seraf can make mistakes. That’s why anything that commits your company waits for your confirmation: you fix the draft before it goes out, or you stop Seraf along the way. And if it remembered something wrong, you correct it or make it forget it in Settings › Seraf, under Memory and rules.
Does Seraf remember my business?
Yes. Seraf keeps a personal memory and a company memory: memories, instructions and preferences, each with its source and date. Ask it to remember something and it makes a note. Only authorized people can change the company memory.
Can you use the Workspace without going through Seraf?
Yes. You create a task in Pipeline, file a document in Documents or prepare an invoice in Finances yourself, without asking Seraf anything. Seraf steps in when you want to go faster: finding a client’s context, preparing a draft or taking on a task with its success criteria.
Do you need technical skills to use Serafex?
No. You talk to Seraf like a colleague, and each space works like ordinary software. The account owner connects Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 once, and the Serafex team helps you set the platform up. Ask Seraf to present the page and it walks you through the screen you have open.
Does Serafex replace employees?
No. Serafex takes on the groundwork: drafting an email or an invoice, filing a document, following up a deal in Pipeline, preparing the morning brief. Your team keeps what calls for its judgment, and each person keeps their role and access: a send, a payment or a decision always waits for confirmation from an authorized person.
How is Serafex different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are conversation tools. Seraf works inside your tools: it opens the right page, prepares the draft, sets up the meeting and shows you what it’s doing. It works with your whole team, keeps a memory of your business and carries the tasks you hand it through to the end. And it isn’t one or the other: Serafex runs its own open models, and you can also connect your own ChatGPT or Claude.
Which AI models does Serafex use?
Its own open models, such as Qwen and GPT‑OSS, which Serafex runs itself: that is Seraf’s included model. The account owner can also connect your own ChatGPT or Claude; the information Seraf processes with them then goes through that provider. Either way, Seraf remains the only voice you talk to.
How does a website project work?
A website project starts from one of the 25 templates in our collection, made yours: logo, colours, photos, pages and copy. It’s quoted based on your pages, content and features, its scope is set before we start, and you approve the result before it goes live.
The Council9 questions
What is an AI executive team?
It’s a set of leadership roles handled by AI: finance, operations, customers and strategy. At Serafex, this team is called Seraf’s Council: the 39 seats of a complete executive team, from CEO to executive coach, which Seraf shares with four personalities. It consults them when a decision calls for it, one or several depending on the question, then brings you a recommendation, and you decide.
What is Seraf’s Council?
It’s your AI executive team, on two levels. Inside Seraf, four personalities and Seraf itself share 39 leadership seats, and the personalities each examine the decisions that call for it from their own angle: Operations, Evidence, Growth, plus Finance and legal. In your Workspace, six agents then do the work you confirm: Neri, Aurel, Ordan, Zadiel, Luma and Veya. Seraf brings you a single recommendation, with its reason and a next step. The page Your AI executive team presents it in detail.
What are the Council’s four personalities?
Operations (flow, stock, capacity and the real date, 8 seats) asks “What really sets the date, and can the team hold it?”. Evidence (premises, measures and the smallest test, 6 seats) asks “Is it the right problem, and what proves it?”. Growth (demand, conversion and go-to-market, 12 seats) asks “Who really wants it, and where does the sale leak?”. Finance and legal (money, contracts and security, worst first, 7 seats) asks “What does it cost, what does it commit us to, and what could break?”. Seraf holds the other six seats itself, the CEO’s among them.
What do the six Workspace agents do?
They do the work you have confirmed, each with their own tools. Neri handles messaging, email and the calendar. Aurel takes care of invoices, accounting, tax and payroll. Ordan follows your projects in the Pipeline. Zadiel follows your contracts and corporate documents. Luma updates your website content. Veya follows your visibility and your loyalty campaigns.
Does the Council weigh in on every question?
No. A simple question, like the time of your next meeting, doesn’t go through the Council: Seraf answers you directly. For work to prepare or a decision to inform, it consults a single personality, several views side by side or a real debate, depending on the question. The page Your AI executive team explains how it chooses.
Does the Council make decisions for me?
No. Each role has reserved actions, written in black and white: no agent works without your confirmation, Aurel makes no payment and files nothing, Zadiel signs nothing in your name. The Council debates, Seraf recommends, and the decision is always yours.
Are the Council’s personalities real people?
No. The personalities, seats and agents are AI roles built into Seraf. The real people are the Serafex team, who support you separately, for example during a meeting with your consultant.
Does the Council replace my accountant or my lawyer?
No. It helps you prepare your questions and spot deadlines, but it gives no accounting, tax or legal advice and files nothing on your behalf. For that advice, the right person is still your accountant, your tax specialist or your lawyer.
Is the Council available now?
Yes. The Council is in service for Serafex clients: Seraf consults it in your conversations and, overnight, the Council prepares items that are added to your morning brief. You decide.
Tools and team4 questions
Does Serafex work with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Yes, with either one, chosen for the whole company: a single authorization links your storage, your calendar and your inbox. With Google: Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail and meeting notes for Meet. With Microsoft 365: OneDrive, the Outlook calendar with Teams meetings, and Outlook mail. Email is the exception: a Gmail inbox and an Outlook inbox can be connected together. Teams chat and Slack are not supported.
Does Serafex replace Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
No, it works with them. You keep your Google or Microsoft account; the Workspace lets you view your email, calendar and files, and act on them with Seraf.
How is access to my tools protected?
Only the account owner connects Google or Microsoft, through the provider’s authorization screen: Serafex never asks for your password and keeps the access token encrypted on its servers. Each service can be disconnected on its own, each team member’s access is set person by person, and sensitive actions always require confirmation.
Can several people on my team use Serafex?
Yes. The Workspace supports several users per company, with the Owner, Administrator, Manager and Employee roles. For each person, you choose which services they see and which approvals they hold, such as approving payments. For now, the main account invites new members.
Account and access3 questions
How do I access my client space?
Use the login to your Serafex space. What you see next depends on your account, your role and the access your business has given you.
Why are some features not available on my account?
What you see depends on your role, the access your business has given you, the active connections and the services registered to the account. Email opens as soon as Gmail or Outlook is connected, and SEO tracking depends on the active service. Spaces in development stay visible, half transparent, but don’t open yet.
What happens to the information I give Seraf?
Seraf works with the information your account gives it access to. To do the work, that information goes through Serafex’s systems and is processed by Serafex’s own models or, if you connect them, by ChatGPT or Claude, in which case it also goes through those providers. The privacy policy, now being finalized, will set this out in detail. Any questions: info@serafex.com.
Services3 questions
What human support is provided?
Our team helps you set up Serafex, then checks every day that Seraf does its work well for you and optimizes your workflows. From the Calendar, you can request a meeting with your consultant; it’s confirmed based on their availability, with no guaranteed slot. The scope of the support is defined with you.
What does the SEO offer include?
Our full method: keyword research, on-page SEO, indexing (robots.txt, sitemap and Search Console), quality backlinks in three tiers and a report every week, with verified links and lost links. No ranking on Google is guaranteed. The SEO plan page presents the details.
What does the social media offer include?
Strategy, videos and visuals, copy written for each network, the calendar, publishing and tracking what works, with your approval before every post. The app’s Social space is still in development, but the plan doesn’t wait for it: it’s prepared with an advisor. The SMO plan page presents the details.
Plans7 questions
How much does Serafex cost?
The price depends on the plans you choose: the site doesn’t show prices, because each plan has its own scope and a website project is quoted based on its pages, content and features. An advisor works out with you the scope and terms that apply to your business; the first meeting comes with no commitment. Once you’re a client, your plan shows in Settings.
Which plans does Serafex offer?
Five plans: the Executive base plan, SEO, SMO social media management, website creation and hosting. The Plans page presents them one by one.
How do I choose between Serafex offers?
Start with what you want to achieve: organize your team’s work with the Workspace, get found with SEO, keep your social media active with SMO, build a website or host it. The base plan, the Executive plan, can be chosen on its own, and the others are added as you need them. Explore the plans or talk to an advisor to plan your project.
Are all services included in the base plan?
No. The base plan, the Executive plan, gives you access to Serafex Workspace and Seraf, with the spaces open to your account. A website project, hosting and support services are discussed separately, and the plan doesn’t automatically include a volume of work or consulting hours.
Can I buy or change plans online?
No. Nothing is bought online on the site: you review the offer, then prepare your request with an advisor. A request on its own creates no billing and no production.
How do I find the terms of my plan?
In Settings › Wallet and subscription › Plan: your plan, the services billed separately, your invoices and your contracts. To change plans, talk to your consultant.
Does building the website automatically include hosting?
No. Hosting is a separate service, for each site, with HTTPS and the site transfer included. It doesn’t automatically add the domain name, email, ongoing content changes or unlimited maintenance.
Availability3 questions
Which spaces are available today?
Calendar, Documents, Messaging, Pipeline, Finances, Loyalty, Content, SEO, Settings, the AI dashboard and Email, as soon as Gmail or Outlook is connected. The morning brief and the Council are also in service.
Which spaces are still in development?
Social for social media, Links and QR, the Seraf Browser, Design, Phone, Procedures, Inventory and Manufacturing routings. Their tiles stay visible on the home screen, half transparent, and won’t open until they’re ready. No date has been announced.
Can Seraf give me a tour of the app?
Yes. Ask Seraf to present the page: it outlines each area and explains it in one sentence, without ever clicking a create, save or send button. Your first click ends the tour. Seven pages already have one: Calendar, Messaging, Documents, Email, Notes, Pipeline and Settings.
Requests6 questions
How do you get started with Serafex?
Describe your company, your tools and what’s keeping you busy in the form on this page or at info@serafex.com. A team member gets back to you to set up a first meeting, with no commitment: a consultant shows you where Serafex can save you time. You then choose your plans with an advisor.
What happens when I send a request?
Your form is sent to info@serafex.com. A confirmation and a reference appear when the submission is accepted; if there’s an error, your text stays in the form. A team member then replies at the address you gave or calls you to set up a meeting at a time that suits you. Sending a request creates no subscription, no payment and no order.
Does the first meeting commit me to anything?
No. It’s an informational presentation: a consultant looks at your company’s marketing and organization with you, then shows you where Serafex could save you time or win you customers. It creates no subscription, no payment and no order.
What information should I provide for a first conversation?
Your business, the size of your team, your Google or Microsoft tools and what’s keeping you busiest right now. Also mention any documents or pages that already exist. Don’t send any passwords.
Can I write to you directly by email?
Yes, at info@serafex.com. If you’ve already filled out a form, mention its reference so we can connect the conversations.
How do I follow up on work that has already started?
Log in to your Serafex space: your requests and ongoing projects are there, separate from the general catalog. For a specific question, name the document, task or request involved. Each step is checked on its own: approved content isn’t published yet, and a published page isn’t indexed yet.
