The Executive plan opens the whole Serafex platform to your team

The Executive plan is Serafex’s base plan. It opens the App to your whole business: Seraf and our own AI model, its six departments and their tools, your Google Drive or OneDrive files, and employees who each have their own role and access. SEO work, social media management and building your website are added with their own plan.

01 · The needs

What needs does the Executive plan meet?

Running the business in one place: appointments, messages, documents, projects, invoices, contracts and accounting or legal files, with Seraf to prepare the work whenever you want.

The plan is designed for businesses with several employees. The main account invites the team, and everyone enters the same App with the rights their role and access give them.

The platform tour shows each space in detail. This page explains what the plan gives you, and what needs another plan.

What this plan covers

  • Serafex Workspace and its spaces in service, based on each employee’s role and access.
  • Seraf and six departments: marketing, creative, operations, finance, legal and chief of staff.
  • Seraf’s included AI model, or your ChatGPT or Claude connected by the owner.
  • Several employees, with the Owner, Administrator, Manager and Employee roles.

02 · The scope

What the Executive plan opens in the platform

  1. Seraf, at the centre of the App. You talk to it in writing or out loud. It prepares the work, shows you what it is about to do, and you confirm.

  2. Our own AI model, or yours. Serafex offers its own AI model, trained and hosted by Serafex, included in the plan. You can also connect your ChatGPT or your Claude, and pick the model for each conversation in the AI dashboard.

  3. Six departments and their tools. Neri, chief of staff and communications: Messaging, Email and Calendar. Aurel, accounting and finance: invoices, accounting, tax and payroll. Ordan, projects and operations: the Pipeline. Zadiel, legal and compliance: contracts, legal and privacy. Luma, creative and content: your website content. Veya, marketing and loyalty: SEO and Loyalty.

  4. Your files, in your office suite. The plan is tied to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Documents manages your Google Drive or OneDrive files from the App and opens them in Docs, Sheets and Slides, or in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  5. Your whole team, each in their place. Your employees enter the same App with ready-made or custom roles, described below.

03 · Preparation

Preparing your employees’ arrival

The main account invites each employee by email, and the employee activates their account with the link they receive. Seraf can also send the invitation when you ask.

Settings › My company › Users and access shows the seats in use against your business’s limit, the active members and the pending invitations.

If your business uses Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, the owner can connect its directory: the same page then shows the Google or Microsoft accounts, and lets the owner assign admin roles and manage groups. 04 · In the platform

Ready-made roles, or custom ones

The owner gives each employee a ready-made profile, or custom access, in Settings › My company › Users and access.

Marketing lead. Views SEO, SMO, blogs, backlinks, loyalty and local presence, contributes to them, and approves marketing requests, newsletters and SEO actions.

Finance lead. Views and prepares invoices, approves payments and views the financial summary.

HR lead. Views users and their access, manages recruiting and views HR files.

Manager. Organizes their teams, manages their team’s Pipeline and uses the business’s email.

Employee. Uses the business’s email and works in the spaces opened to them.

Custom. Every profile can be changed box by box, or built from scratch: the role in the business (administrator, manager or employee), the job functions (Executive, Marketing, Finance, Human resources, Sales, Operations, Production, Design), the visible services, specific access, approvals and the profile Seraf presents to the person.

Two settings live on their own. In Roles and access, you create your own departments and teams, and choose who can read, write or manage Messaging for the whole business, a department or a team. In Access to business files, each member gets their rights on Accounting, Tax and payroll, Legal and Privacy: view, request preparation, create and edit, or decide. 05 · Common questions

Your questions about the Executive plan

What does the Executive plan include?

The whole App for your entire business. Seraf and our AI model, with its Council of four personalities and its 39 leadership seats. The spaces in service: Calendar, Documents, Messaging, Pipeline, Finances, Loyalty, Content, SEO, Settings, the AI dashboard and Email, as soon as Gmail or Outlook is connected. Each person’s morning brief, your Google Drive or OneDrive files, and your employees, each with their role and access, up to your plan’s seat limit.

Does the Executive plan include SEO, social media or my website?

No. The SEO and Content spaces are in the App, but the work done for you comes with the SEO plan, the SMO plan or the website project.

Can I connect my own ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. The owner connects them in Settings › Connections › Integrations: a ChatGPT account, a Claude Pro or Max subscription, or an OpenAI or Anthropic API key. A Claude subscription stays personal to the owner.

How are my company’s seats counted?

Each active member and each pending invitation takes a seat, up to your plan’s limit. Settings › My company › Users and access shows the seats in use and the limit.

Can I create my own roles?

Yes. Start from a ready-made profile or from scratch, then tick the person’s functions, visible services, access and approvals.

Can employees be grouped into teams?

Yes. You create teams, with their name and members, and Seraf can do it for you. A Manager runs the Messaging channels of their teams and, if you give them that access, their team’s Pipeline.

Can an employee see the business’s finances?

No, unless you give them that access. Viewing invoices, preparing invoices, approving payments and viewing the financial summary are four separate accesses.

06 · Limits and access

What the Executive plan does not do for you

  • Nothing sensitive without your yes
  • No payment or signature on your behalf
  • The other plans stay separate
Tour the platform →

  • Pay, sign or file. The departments prepare invoices, contracts and files; no payment, signature or filing goes out without you.

  • Send or publish without your yes. An email, a post, a deletion or an access change waits for your confirmation.

  • Replace your accountant or lawyer. Accounting, Tax and payroll and Legal files are prepared in the App; professional advice and official filings stay with your professionals.

  • Do the work of the other plans. SEO audits and tracking, managing your social media, building your site and hosting it come with their own plan.

  • Open the spaces still in development. Social, Links and QR, Seraf Browser, Design, Phone, Procedure builder, Inventory and Manufacturing routings are visible on the home screen, marked “In development”. No date has been announced.

What comes with another plan

The Executive plan gives you the App. The other plans add work done for you, and that work arrives in the App, ready for your approval.
