A catalogue to read, not a shopping cart
The catalogue is read-only: you review the offer and prepare a request, with no online purchase or plan change. A request on its own creates no billing and starts no production work.

Workspace, website and hosting

The base plan opens Serafex Workspace: Seraf, your spaces, your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tools and your team, with its roles. A creative project, a website or a specific follow-up keeps its own scope.
The plan does not automatically include every service shown on this site, a set volume of work, consultation hours or a guaranteed time slot, and your website and its hosting are discussed separately.

A website project is quoted for your project: type of site, number of pages, content and features. The website project page details the scoping; if you already have a site, say so in your request.

Hosting is offered as a separate service, for each site, with HTTPS and the site transfer. It does not automatically add a domain, ongoing changes or unlimited maintenance.

Executive plan · the base plan
The base plan opens your Serafex Workspace for companies ranging from small businesses with a few employees to established organizations. Depending on your account’s permissions and connections, it brings together:
Other spaces are in development and do not open yet: Social, Links and QR, Seraf Browser, Design, Phone, Procedures, Inventory and Manufacturing routings. No date is announced.
The SEO, SMO, website and hosting plans keep their own scope: a space being in the app does not prove that a service or a volume of work is included.
Some spaces depend on a connection or a service registered to the account, such as Email or SEO tracking. The durations in an appointment form are not consultation hours included in the plan.
Questions about plans
How am I billed?
Every month, by invoice. Each invoice shows the taxes, the due date and the payments received, and you’ll find them with your contracts in Settings › Wallet and subscription › Plan.
How do I pay my Serafex invoices?
On your first invoice, you choose: by card, with an automatic debit 5 days after each invoice is sent, or by Interac e-Transfer, invoice by invoice. The automatic debit has a per-invoice limit, $5,000 by default: a larger invoice is paid by Interac e-Transfer.
Can I stop my plan?
Yes. The account owner can stop the renewal in Settings › Wallet and subscription › Plan: the plan is no longer added to upcoming invoices, and those already issued remain due. To cancel a contract, book a meeting with your consultant.
How do I get a quote for a website?
With the “Website project” form on the Contact page: your current site if you have one, what you like, what you’d like to change and sites that inspire you. The project is then quoted based on your pages, content and features.
Do the SEO plan and the website go together?
Yes, and they complement each other: the website starts with its SEO and GEO foundations from the first version, then the SEO plan carries the work on after launch. Each keeps its own scope.
