Procedures : your company’s know-how, in writing
In development
Procedures, planned under the name “Procedure creation”, will help you put in writing how your company does things. What lives today in a few people’s heads will become a clear, current procedure that is easy to follow, to train newcomers faster and get the work done the same way, whoever is there.

What this space will be for
When only one person knows how to do something, everything slows down as soon as they are away. Procedures aims to put that know-how in writing, in the same place as the rest of your work.
Write down what is already done
Put in writing the ways of working that today live in a few people’s heads.
Train faster
Give new employees a clear starting point, without explaining everything again each time.
Keep it current
A procedure that evolves with the company, rather than a document forgotten in a folder.
02 · Meanwhile
What the Workspace already does
Meanwhile, each procedure can be written as a text in the Company space of Documents: comments collect corrections and the history keeps every version. For a recurring task, the checklist of a Pipeline task holds the steps to tick off.
